Orders will ship in 3-5 business days of purchase. Customized products may take longer depending on the order type, or complexity.

Returns

Returns will be accepted on most unwashed, unworn stock items within 15 days of receipt of your order for store credit. We will only offer a monetary refund if we have made an error, or you have a defective item.

Returns are not accepted on SALE items or PERSONALIZED items.

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

The buyer is required to provide tracking information on all returns. 

Exchanges
